  • half cup wheat rawa
  • Half cup yogurt
  • Half cup water
  • salt to taste
  • One medium onion
  • One tomato
  • one chopped green chilli
  • two tspn chopped green coriander
  • two tabspn oil

How to make wheat rawa tomato onion uttappam

  1. mix the rawa , water, yogurt & salt , keep aside.
  2. Chop the onion and tomatoes.
  3. heat and grease a non stick pan pan ,spread the batter like a pan cake, top it with chopped onion and tomato
  4. cook for a minute covered
  5. Flip to cook the other side for a minute ,flip again
  6. cook again for a minute using one tspn oil
  7. make two such pan cakes or uttappam
  8. enjoy with chutney of your choice

My Tip:

Don't make this uttappam too thin or too thick Make sure its cooked well
