Ingredients to make Digestive Biscuit

  • 3/4cup whole wheat flour
  • 3/4cup oats coarsely ground
  • 1/2cup Brown sugar tightly packed
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 1/4cup butter
  • 3 spoon milk to knead

How to make Digestive Biscuit

  1. MIX together wheat flour , oats, sugar, baking soda, butter and mix together like crumbs then add slowly milk to knead a dough then keep in fridge for mins to rest.
  2. Roll the dough and cut into desired shapes, bake these at 180 degree celsius for 15-17 minutes. cool and serve.
