Ingredients to make Wheat flour dosa

  • whole wheat flour 1/2 cuo
  • semolina 2 tbsp
  • butter 2 tbsp + 2 tbsp
  • water as needed
  • baking powder pinch
  • finely chopped coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to make Wheat flour dosa

  1. in a bowl take wheat flour and semolina and add 2 tbsp of butter and salt and give it a mix
  2. mix the butter in mixture with hands properly
  3. add water and baking powder make a batter of regular dosa batter consistanty
  4. heat up a nonstick griddle take a ladlefull batter and spread on it
  5. sprinkle some finely chopped corriender on upper side
  6. spread some butter on the upper side of dosa and some in sides as well and cover with a lid
  7. roast it from one side on medium flame till crisp
  8. instant dosa ready , serve immediately
