Mouth melting fish fillets. I inspired by Brittos restaurant Goa eaten there red snapper there was amazing so I tried this

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Fish fillets 300 gm
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tspn
  5. Vinegar 2 tspn
  6. Oil 5 tspn
  7. Orange colour a pinch

Instructions

  1. Wash and squeeze water from fillets
  2. Make a marinade of vinegar salt chilli powder ginger garlic paste colour and one tspn oil
  3. Add fillets in it
  4. Let it marinate for 30 minutes
  5. I'm nonstick grilled pan add some oil and place fillets in it cook from both sides . Done ✅
