ABOUT Palak wheat vadai RECIPE

This is perfect evening snack with the goodness of spinach.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup finely chopped Spinach
  2. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. rice powder 2 tbsp,
  4. 1/4 cup Gram Flour (besan)
  5. 2 Green chillies finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  7. 1/4 tsp Jeera [cumin seeds]
  8. 1/4 tsp Red Chilly powder
  9. 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. First of all take spinach leaves, gram flour,rice er garlic paste, green chillies and all above spices in a bowl. Mix all ingredients very well and make small balls out of it.
  2. heat ample amount of oil , in a wok, flatten the spinach batter balls with palms of the hands, drop them in the oil. deep dry them, strain and serve hot.
