Pan Seared King Fish

Ingredients to make Pan Seared King Fish

  • King Fish - 2 Big fish slices
  • Naga King chilly Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • peppercorns - 1 tsp cracked
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 1 tbsp
  • Lemon wedges, onion slices and some chopped coriander leaves for garnish

How to make Pan Seared King Fish

  1. Take the washed fish slices and pat them dry with kitchen towel.
  2. Add the Naga King Chilly Sauce, salt to taste, red chilly powder and cracked peppercorns, mix well and marinate them. I Kept for 2 hours.
  3. In a non stick pan drizzle the oil. When hot layer the fish and pan sear first for 5 mins in low-medium heat on both sides.
  4. Now increase the flame and pan sear for another few mins and take off the heat.
  5. Serve with squeeze of lemon juice, onion slices and chopped coriander leaves.
