ABOUT Manchurian rice !! RECIPE

Cooked in sauces with aroma of ginger garlic..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Cooked rice - 1 cup
  2. Ginger [chopped ]- 1 tsp
  3. Garlic [chopped] - 1 tsp
  4. Chopped onions 1/4 th cup
  5. Black pepper powder - 1 tsp
  6. Salt.
  7. soya sauce - 2 tsp
  8. Tomato sauce 1 tsp
  9. beans [chopped] - 1/4 th cup
  10. vinegar - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok with some oil, add the chopped garlic and ginger, once they smell add the chopped onion.
  2. as they turn transparent, add the chopped veggies, salt and cook till almost done.
  3. Then add the sauces, give it a mix on high flame. check for salt, then add the cooked rice, stir and serve.
