Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Basa Fish fillet - 500 gm (Or any other boneless fish)
  2. Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
  3. Gram flour - 3/4 cup
  4. Egg - 1
  5. Ginger paste - 2 tsp
  6. Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  7. Ajwain - 1 tsp
  8. Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
  9. Salt
  10. Chaat masala powder
  11. Refined oil

Instructions

  1. Cut the fish fillet into bite size pieces.
  2. Now mix the Gram flour, Ajwain, chilly powder, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice together. And the fish pieces into it.
  3. Now break an egg into it and give it a mix.
  4. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  5. Deep fry the marinated fishes in hot oil .
  6. Sprinkle Chaat masala powder and serve.
