Ingredients to make Fish with twoish

  • fish of your choice (You can even cut the Cubes of fish) - 100 gm
  • potatoes 2 pcs
  • peas -1/4 th cup
  • onion 1
  • besan - 1/2 cup
  • curd - 3 tbsp
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon jeera powder
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon red chilly powder
  • salt as required
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to make Fish with twoish

  1. Marinate fish :-
  2. In a bowl add Curd, Coriander powder, jeera powder, red chilly powder, lemon, Oregano, salt , And marinate the fish for 2-3 hours
  3. prepare the besan with water and pinch of salt Now add the marinated Fish in besan and then dip in oil for deep fry !! soak in kitchen tissue paper
  4. Now sabzi :-
  5. Take a pan hot the oil then add onion
  6. cook the onion till transparent (don't make it brown)
  7. add ginger garlic paste then sauté for a minute till raw smells goes off
  8. add water, salt and red chilly powder
  9. then add Boiled peas and cook it for 5 min on high flame
  10. Serve in a plate adding Mayonnaise in a small bowl
  11. and Yes Cut the potatoes in desire shapes ! Fry the potatoes in oil till brown and crispy !
