ABOUT Bread Uttapam RECIPE

It is made of Bread and semolina. It is instant and healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 - Brown bread slices
  2. 100 gms - semolina (suji)
  3. ½ tsp - salt
  4. 6 tsp - beaten curd
  5. Finely chopped tomato - 1
  6. Finely chopped capsicum - 1
  7. Finely chopped coriander as required

Instructions

  1. Take semolina(suji) in a bowl and add salt and beaten curd. Add a little water and make a smooth batter of a little thick consistency as of fritters.
  2. Mix it and let it rest for a 15-20 minutes. Your batter is ready.
  3. Take a brown bread slice and cut it into round shape with a cutter or katori.
  4. After the batter is ready. Dip the round bread into the semolina batter and put it on a non stick pan. Top it with veggies – tomatoes, capsicum and coriander.
  5. Cook it on both sides with a little oil.
  6. Similarly prepare all the slices and serve.
