Ingredients to make Peas gravy vegetable

  • peas one cup
  • onions 3
  • garlic 9 to 10 cloves
  • ginger - 1 inch
  • Dry red chillies - 2
  • coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • coriander seeds one tablespoon
  • salt
  • for garnishing - coriander leaves

How to make Peas gravy vegetable

  1. Take onions ginger garlic and red chilli , cut them and put them in the blender to blend
  2. Then take a kadhai and put it on gas stove and lit the flame and put 3 table spoon of saffola oil and put coriander seeds let it crackle
  3. When the coriander crackles put the onions garlic and ginger paste and fry it at least for 5 minutes
  4. Then put the peas, no need to boil the peas
  5. Then put patanjali spices and half glass of water also add salt as per taste and turmeric powder
  6. Let it cover it and boil for fifteen minutes
  7. Then for garnishising add coriander leaves
