Red Spicy grilled fish

Ingredients to make Red Spicy grilled fish

  • 8-10 fish fillets without bones and with skin (you can use any fish available I used ravas)
  • 2 tbsp red chilli paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  • 2 tsp chillie flakes
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp tandoori masala
  • 5 tsp oil+little more for grilling

How to make Red Spicy grilled fish

  1. Marinate fish with salt and pepper and keep aside.
  2. In another mixing bowl add red chilli paste,crushed garlic,chilli flakes,lemon,oil,soya sauce,tandoori masala and form a paste.
  3. Now once masala ready add the fish pieces in the paste and marinate well.
  4. And keep covered for 1/2 hour.
  5. Then grease a griller or fry pan with oil and shallow fry or grill the fish.
  6. Let the fish cook from one side completely on slow flame.
  7. Then flip to another.
  8. Once fish cooked remove garnish with some mint leaves.
  9. And serve.

You can use any fish you want.
