  • water...2 bowls
  • Chopped carrot..2
  • peas...1/2 bowl
  • Sweet corn..1/2 bowl
  • Chopped capsicum...1
  • Diced potato..1-small
  • Juice of half lemon
  • salt as per taste
  • jeera..1 sp
  • turmeric powder.,1small sp
  • red chilli powder..,1small sp
  • coriander leaves

How to make Broken wheat veggies dalia

  1. Peel wash and chop carrots,capsicum and potato
  2. Wash peas and corn.
  3. Take a pressure cooker.
  4. Add oil.
  5. Add whole Jeera,let it crackle.
  6. Add veggies.
  7. Now take broken wheat.
  8. Once veggies are sauted,add broken wheat with salt,turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
  9. Add water and mix well.
  10. Close the lid of pressure cooker.
  11. Let 3/4 whistles come.
