Squid Masala Fry

Ingredients to make Squid Masala Fry

  • Squid - 500 gms cut into rings
  • ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • green chilly - 3 chopped
  • chilli Powder - 2 tsp
  • pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala Powder - 1 tsp
  • curry leaves - 1 sprig
  • lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves

How to make Squid Masala Fry

  1. Take the squid in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add all the ingredients in the bowl except oil and coriander leaves.
  3. Mix them well coating the masalas nicely.
  4. Take a pan and add the squid and cook them for about 5 mins or little more stirring them frequently till the water released from the squid evaporates completely.
  5. Add the oil and roast them in medium heat till golden brown for about 10 mins or till the squid is cooked completely.
  6. Add chopped coriander leaves, give a quick stir and take off the heat.
