Ingredients to make Wheat flour instant crispy dosa

  • wheat flour : 1 cup
  • Rice flour : 4 tbsp
  • curd : 3 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder to taste
  • onion : 1 chopped finely
  • coriander leaves a handfull chopped
  • mustard seeds : 1 tsp
  • water to make thin batter of pouring consistency

How to make Wheat flour instant crispy dosa

  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients to make a thin pouring batter.
  2. Heat tawa. Drizzel little oil on it. Slow the flame. Pour ladlefull of batter on it. Do not spread with ladle. Hold tawa and swirl it into rounds. Drizzel little oil on sides and cook on slow till golden.
  3. Flip the side and again drizzel oil on sides. Cook on slow for few sec and then turn flame on high. Cook till dosa is crispy.
  4. Serve hot with sambhar or ketchup.
