Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
  2. Powdered sugar-1/2 cup
  3. Ghee-1/2 cup
  4. Cashews - 15 nos.
  5. Badam/ Almonds-10nos.
  6. Cardomom powder-1/2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat 1/2 cup of ghee in a pan.
  2. Add the chopped cashew, almonds and fry them .
  3. And remove them keep aside in a bowl
  4. Add wheat flour and fry on low heat,stirring continuously for 5-8 minutes on low heat
  5. Now add the cardamom powder.
  6. Roast until it turns light brown in colour and stir constantly
  7. Switch off the heat and take out the roasted flour in a plate allow the mixture to cool down slightly.
  8. Add powdered sugar and fried cashew and almonds when flour is slightly warm
  9. Mix well and take small amount of mixture and shape them into small laddus .
  10. Serve the Wheat flour laddus with almond garnish
