FISH CURRY

Ingredients to make FISH CURRY

  • Rohu fish 1 kg
  • onion paste 2 tbsp
  • garlic paste 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tsp
  • tomato puree 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Kasoori methi powder/fenugreek powder 1 tsp
  • coriander chopped for garnishing .
  • fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
  • oil 2 tbsp

How to make FISH CURRY

  1. Clean the fish and wash it. Heat the oil in kadai or a pan pop the fenugreek seeds. Now fry garlic and onion paste till golden ,
  2. Add turmeric,coriander,red chili powder saute the spices add tomato puree cook it for 5 minute or until the oil separates . Add kasoori methi powder then add fish stir carefully ,add 4 cup water,cook for 10 minutes
  3. Switch off the flame add garam masala ,garnish with coriander leaves . Serve with boiled rice or chapatis
