Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 2 cup
  2. Gram flour 1/2 cup
  3. Spinach leaves finely chopped 1 cup
  4. garlic greens finely chopped 1/4 cup
  5. curry leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp
  6. onion greens finely chopped 1/2 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. green chili finely chopped 2 tbsp
  9. Red Chili Powder 1 Tsp
  10. Milk 1 cup
  11. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  12. Cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. knead the soft dough with wheat flour, gram flour, salt, red chili powder, green chili, cumin powder, milk, and all the greens. divide the dough into equal portion and make the balls.
  2. roll the paratha with rolling pin, heat the tava and cook the pratha both sides till golden by applying the oil or butter. serve hot with curd, pickle or potato curry.
