ABOUT Prawns Salad RECIPE

A delicious and easy prawn salad.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Prawns - 1 cup
  2. Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  3. Garlic cloves and green chillies - 1 Tablespoon each (chopped finely)
  4. Curry leaves, parsley,beans,baby corn, mixed bell peppers - as per requirement.
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Black Pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  7. Oil - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. 1) In a mixing bowl, place the prawns, salt, pepper, and garlic + chilli and mix well. Leave aside for 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2) Heat the oil in a wok and add the marinated prawns. Toss and stir until cooked–about 4-5 minutes (lesser if you’re using smaller prawns).
  3. 3) Add the veggies and stir for a minute or two.
  4. 4) Serve hot or cold. Tastes great anyways.
