Ingredients to make Prawns Salad

  • Prawns - 1 cup
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic cloves and green chillies - 1 Tablespoon each (chopped finely)
  • curry leaves, parsley,beans,baby corn, mixed bell peppers - as per requirement.
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper Powder - 1/4 teaspoon
  • oil - 1 tablespoon

How to make Prawns Salad

  1. 1) In a mixing bowl, place the prawns, salt, pepper, and garlic + chilli and mix well. Leave aside for 5-10 minutes.
  2. 2) Heat the oil in a wok and add the marinated prawns. Toss and stir until cooked–about 4-5 minutes (lesser if you’re using smaller prawns).
  3. 3) Add the veggies and stir for a minute or two.
  4. 4) Serve hot or cold. Tastes great anyways.
