Ingredients to make Gud papri (sukhadi)

  • 1cup wheat flour
  • 1cup clarified butter
  • 1tbs gram flour
  • 2tbs fresh cream (malai)
  • jaggery as per taste
  • Chopped almonds
  • 2tbs Cocnut powder
  • 1/2 tbs cardomom powder

How to make Gud papri (sukhadi)

  1. Take a heavy bottam pan add clarified butter melt it than add wheat flour and roast it
  2. Roast till you get brown colour and comes a good arome
  3. Then add 1tbs gram flour and roast for 5mintues at low flame
  4. Now add malai and mix well add cardamom powder
  5. Now take out from flame and add grated jaggery and mix Well add almonds and coconut powder
  6. Now pour the mixture into a greased plate and let it set
  7. Befor sukhdi set you wil cut the pieces
