ABOUT Burnt Garlic Rice with Baby corn Soya Hot Sauce RECIPE

Rice tossed in flavored burnt Garlic served with hot and spicy baby corn and soya sauce.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled basmati rice 2 cup
  2. Finely chopped garlic 2 tbs
  3. Small onion cut in veggies
  4. Green chills chopped 1tbs
  5. Ginger chopped 1 tbs
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Pepper powder 2 tsp
  8. Oil 3 tbs
  9. Parsley or chopped coriander 2 tbs
  10. For Baby Corn and chunky Soya hot sauce
  11. Baby corn boiled 5 to 6
  12. Boiled mini soya chunks 50 gm
  13. Finely chopped garlic 1 tbs
  14. Finely chopped chilies 1 tbs
  15. Finely chopped ginger 1 tbs
  16. Finely chopped onion 3tbs
  17. Oil 2 tbs
  18. Mix vegetables like carrot, cabbage, capsicum 1 cup
  19. Soya sauce 2 tbs
  20. Tomato sauce 1 tbs
  21. Worcester sauce 1 tbs or viniger 1/2 tsp
  22. Capsico red pepper sauce few drops
  23. Cornflour mixed in water 2 tbs
  24. Chopped parsley or coriander 2 tbs
  25. black pepper powder 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Burnt Garlic Rice
  2. Heat oil in a pan add chopped garlic cook on high flame when garlic turns dark brown add onion veggies, chopped chilies and ginger. Cook for 2 minutes
  3. Add boiled basmati rice. Add salt and black pepper powder mix well. Toss the rice in burnt garlic flavor.
  4. Turn off gas add chopped coriander or parsley.
  5. Flavored burnt garlic rice us ready to serve.
  6. Baby Corn and Chunky Soya Hot Sauce
  7. Heat oil in a saucepan. Add chopped garlic, chilli and ginger and cook for 2 minutes.
  8. Add chopped onions cook well. Add all chopped vegetables like carrot, capsicum, cabbage add boiled mini soya chunks and baby corn cut in small dice.
  9. Add salt, soya sauce, Worcester sauce or viniger, Capsico red pepper sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder and cornflour mixed in water.
  10. Stir well. Add water if u want in gravy form or to adjust consistency. Add chopped parsley or coriander.
  11. Sever Hot Spicy Baby corn Chunky Soya sauce with Flavored Burnt Garlic Rice.
