Paneer rolls

Ingredients to make Paneer rolls

  • Ready-made spring rolls patti 30 pieces
  • paneer 250 grams
  • Red bell pepper 1
  • Green bell pepper 1
  • Firm tomatoes 2
  • onion 1 big
  • salt 1 tsp
  • Kashmiri red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 1 tbspns
  • red chilli oil 1 tsp
  • chilli garlic sauce 1 tsp
  • Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
  • Maida 1 tbsp ,salt 1/4 tsp , water 1 tbsp mix and make the paste

How to make Paneer rolls

  1. Chop all the veggies very finely .
  2. Finely chop the onion also .
  3. Heat the wok.
  4. Put the oil .Let it get hot .
  5. Simmer the flame and add the onion . Saute for a minute.
  6. Put all the chopped veggies and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Put all the masalas and cook for another minute.
  8. Next add the chilli oil and the sauce and saute for another minute.
  9. Cut the paneer into very small cubes and put in the above mixture.
  10. Saute .
  11. Finally add the kasturi methi and mix all very well.
  12. Cool the mixture completely.
  13. Take the spring roll Patti.
  14. Apply the maida paste on all the sides.
  15. Put a TSP of paneer mix on one end of the Patti
  16. Start rolling and be careful to keep sealing the ends also .
  17. Roll it tightly.
  18. Make all the rolls and refrigerate till the time of serving
  19. Fry in the hot oil.
  20. Serve with chilli garlic sauce.

My Tip:

Roll the patti tightly and conceal with the maida paste. Can be made in advance.Easy to handle with the spring roll patti .It can be air fried also. The paneer mix can be used either ways also .Can be put on a bread slice topped with cheese and grilled .It can be put on a chapati to make a roll and can be packed in lunch box .
