Barbecue Pomfret Fish with Oyster Sauce

Ingredients to make Barbecue Pomfret Fish with Oyster Sauce

  • Pomfret fish - ½ kg
  • Veg. oil –2 ½ table spoon
  • garlic – ginger paste – 2 tea spoon
  • ginger minced - 1 tea spoon
  • black pepper powder – 2 tea spoon
  • red chilli pepper dried – 1 tea spoon
  • green capsicum – 25 gm
  • yellow capsicum – 25 gm
  • potato – 30 gm
  • carrot – 30 gm
  • green onion – 30 gm
  • cabbage – 30 gm
  • mushroom – 30 gm
  • Corn flour – 1 tea spoon
  • oyster sauce – 3 table spoon
  • soy sauce – 1 table spoon
  • lemon juice – 2 tea spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • water as per requirement

How to make Barbecue Pomfret Fish with Oyster Sauce

  1. Wash, clean the fish.
  2. Sprinkle the lemon juice and rub both side with ginger-garlic paste, salt, some black pepper powder, some red chilli pepper, polish some veg oil &put on the Barbecue grill.
  3. After 4 min turn the fish on the Barbecue grill& grill fry again for 3-4 min. (While fish become reddish colour & soft set into the serving plate.)
  4. Finely thin long cut capsicum, potato, carrot, cabbage, mushroom.
  5. Take a hot wok or pan pour 2 table spoon veg oil &add minced ginger fry high flame then add cut green onion, potato, carrot, cabbage, mushroom, till golden brown then add water,corn flour & salt mix it well for 5 min.
  6. Then add black pepper powder, oyster sauce & soy sauce stir it well for 2-3 minute & remove the gas flame.
  7. Place the Barbecue pomfret fish into the dish & pour on fish with oyster sauce mixture &decorate with veggies.
  8. Serve hot with red chilly sauce or garlic burnt sauce as per choice.

My Tip:

My secret sauce is Oyster Sauce.
