Ingredients to make Eggless whole wheat flour / Atta apple cake

  • apple : 1 medium chopped Atta : 1 cup Maida : 1 cup Bking soda : 1
  • baking soda : 1/2 tsp
  • Baking powder : 1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon powder : 1/4 tsp
  • Brown sugar : 3/4 cup or to taste
  • salt a pinch
  • oil : 1/4 cup
  • water : 1 cup
  • lemon juice : 1 tsp
  • Vanilla essence : 1/2 tsp

How to make Eggless whole wheat flour / Atta apple cake

  1. Except sugar Mix wheat flour, maida, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. Add water, oil in the atta mix. Now add sugar and mix well. Now add chopped apples and mix well.
  3. Add more water if needed. Add vanilla essence and lemon juice and mix well. The batter should be not too thick not too thin.
  4. Pre heat oven at 180*C for 10 min.
  5. Grease and dust the cake pan. Pour the batter in the pan. Bake for 50 min.
  6. Remove it from the oven and let it cool for 10 min. Remove it from the pan and serve warm.
