Ingredients to make Black grapes pani puri

  • potato boiled and peeled 4
  • Black grapes 250 grams
  • mint leaves 1/2 cup
  • tamarind pulp 2 tablespoon
  • Soaked and boiled black gram(chana) 1/2 cup
  • onion chopped 1
  • green chilly 2
  • sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Black rock salt 1 teaspoon
  • Bhuna jeera powder 1 teaspoon
  • amchur powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilly powder 1/2 Teaspoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Puri 1 packet

How to make Black grapes pani puri

  1. For black grapes Paani ..add some water to washed grapes and blend and strain to get juice. To this add tamarind pulp, pureed Mint and green chilly, rock salt, white salt, and sugar. Mix well. Adjust masala as per taste.
  2. For potato stuffing... Mash the potato. Add onion, boiled chana, salt, amchur powder and red chilly powder. Mix well.
  3. Fill each Puri with potato stuffing. Fill black grapes paani and serve.

My Tip:

A few ice cubes can be added to the paani for a refreshing treat.
