Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat Flour 3/4 cup
  2. Wheat germ flakes 1 tablespoon
  3. Cane Sugar powder 1/2 cup(Demerara)
  4. Milk 2 to3 tablespoons
  5. Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  6. Avocado oil 1/4 cup
  7. Yogurt 1/4 Cup
  8. Mashed ripe bananas 4 (small)
  9. One egg
  10. Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  11. Baking soda 1/4 tsp
  12. Pinch of salt
  13. Walnut pieces 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Sieve wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together.
  2. Mix avocado oil and sugar with a hand mixer
  3. Beat an egg and vanilla essence and add it in the oil mixture
  4. Add yogurt in it
  5. Add mashed bananas in it
  6. Add 1 tablespoon of wheat germ flakes.
  7. Add 2 to 3 tablespoon milk in it
  8. Add wheat flour in it.
  9. Add some walnut pieces in the mixture
  10. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes on 180 degrees
  11. Pour the mixture in cupcakes and keep on a tray for baking
  12. Bake it for 20 to 25 minutes.
