VOLCANO WHEAT CAKE

Ingredients to make VOLCANO WHEAT CAKE

  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  • oats 3/4 cup
  • Unsalted ghee /butter / malai 1+ 1/2cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • coco powder 3-4 tbsp
  • sugar or powdered sugar 1cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
  • baking soda 1 Tsp
  • chocolate bar 100 grams
  • salted butter 50 gms
  • almonds for decoration

How to make VOLCANO WHEAT CAKE

  1. 1.Mix milk and Oats together and keep it aside for 5 min
  2. 2. In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients together(wheat ,coco powder,baking powder,baking soda) using sieve.
  3. 3. In another bowl take unsalted butter and sugar and mix well . add oats(with milk) to it.
  4. 4. Now add all the dry ingredients to the butter mixture(step 3).Cut and fold whole mixture together. Do not vigorously mix the mixture.
  5. 5. Pour the mixture in a Greased tin.
  6. 6.Preheat oven 180 degree
  7. 7.. Bake it in Oven for 35-40 min(may vary bake time depending on your oven type).
  8. FOR SAUCE TO POUR
  9. Take butter and chocolate in a dish and mix it in double boiler .
  10. Once the Cake is out ,cool the cake to room temperature. after that Start pouring the chocolate sauce over it.
  11. decorate it with almonds.

My Tip:

Keep checking cake while baking.It should not become too dry
