Ingredients to make Malai paneer wrap(wheat)

  • wheat flour 1 cup
  • semolina 1 cup
  • Mashed paneer 1 bowl
  • Finely grated coconut 1 cup
  • Chiraunjee 1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • malai 1 cup
  • sugar Powder 1/2 cup
  • water as required
  • oil as required

How to make Malai paneer wrap(wheat)

  1. Take a mixing bowl add mashed paneer, grated coconut, sugar powder, chiraunjee and green cardamom powder. Mix well and keep aside.
  2. Take another bowl add wheat flour and semolina. Add water and make a smooth batter with proper consistency.
  3. Now heat a frying pan brush with refine oil. Spread batter and bake till light brown.
  4. Now stuffed with mixed filling and wrap. Let it room temperature. Open the wrap one side again fill with malai and fold the wrap.
  5. Serve in a plate cut into equal segment. See the melted malaise will come out. Eat each segment at a time will feel the creamy texture.

You will feel the melted malai into mouth.
