  • Small sardine – 250 g ( cleaned)
  • turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
  • chilly powder- 2 tsp
  • pepper powder- 1 tsp
  • coriander powder- 1 tsp
  • lemon juice – 1tsp
  • salt
  • oil

How to make Crispy Sardine Fry (For starter)

  1. To the cleaned fish add turmeric powder and salt and keep it for 5 minutes
  2. Then add chilly, pepper, coriander powder, lemon juice, and one tsp of oil and marinate and keep it for another 5 minutes
