Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Spinach (palak) one cup
  2. 4 Eggs
  3. One cup spring onions
  4. One cup grated coconut
  5. One green chilly
  6. Pinch of turmeric powder and red chilly powder
  7. Pinch of pizza mix (snapin)
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients. Beat in eggs. Throughly wisk. Heat butter in a pan and cook.
  2. You can either cook it as an omlette or as scrambled eggs.
