Authentic chinese fish chilli as a starter is best for guest/childrens. With a twist of Malaysia.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2 kg skinless and boneless fish cutted in cubes ( any of your chpice)
  2. For marination-
  3. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  4. 1 tablespoon red chili sauce
  5. 1/4 teaspoon vinegar
  6. 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
  7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  8. 1 egg
  9. 2 tablespoon flour
  10. 1 tablespoon corn flour
  11. Salt to taste
  12. For tossing-
  13. 1 tablespoon white sesame
  14. 4 whole Red Chillies
  15. 1and 1/2 tablespoon red chilli sauce
  16. 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  17. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  18. Crushed garlic 1/2 teaspoon
  19. Little water
  20. 1 capsicum cutted in cubes
  21. 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. For marination- marinate the fish in all ingredients and keep aside for 1 hour.
  2. Deep fry the marinated fish.
  3. In a pan heat oil add in Sesame whole Red Chillies saute for some time.
  4. Then at Chili sauce crushed garlic schezwan sauce red chilli powder and saute till oil seperates.
  5. Add in little water capscicum and then fried fish and toss well.
  6. Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
  7. Serve with hakka noodles or fried rice.
