Ingredients to make Crispy rice balls

  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  • Chopped onion 1/4 cup
  • potato boiled 1 big
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 2 bread
  • oil for frying
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2tsp
  • salt to taste
  • all purpose flour 1 tbs

How to make Crispy rice balls

  1. Combine all the ingredients .add spices and salt in it.
  2. Make balls .dip in all purpose flour.apply over bread crumbs .
  3. Fry deep brown on both sides in oil.
  4. Serve with chutney sause .garnish with onion chilli.

Use different veggies of your choice.
