Ingredients to make Yummy platter(Sarson ka saag-makke ki roti)

  • sarson ka saag :
  • sarson saag/leaves....1/2 kg
  • Palak [spinach leaves]....250 gm
  • ginger garlic chilli paste....3 tsp
  • Makke ka ata...2 tsp
  • curd....2 tsp
  • lemon juice...2 tsp
  • salt
  • ghee...3 tsp
  • water
  • Makke ki roti................
  • Makke ka ate....250 gm
  • salt
  • Warm water
  • oil for frying

How to make Yummy platter(Sarson ka saag-makke ki roti)

  1. Procedure to make the saag :
  2. Wash sarson leaves and palak thoroughly. Boil it and make paste in a mixture.
  3. Take a kadhai. Add ghee. Add ginger garlic chilli paste. Cook . Add the leaves paste. Add 1/2 cup water. Cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Dilute makkke ka ata in 1/2 cup water. Add to thicken it. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add lemon juice and curd. Mix. Cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Saag is ready..
  7. MAKKE KI PURI :
  8. Make dough by mixing at a salt and warm water.
  9. Make puris. Fry it .
  10. Serve with salad and jaggery.
