Ingredients to make Banana bread with choclate toping

  • Whole wheat flour-1 and 1/2 cup
  • sugar-1/2 Cup
  • Ripe bananas-2
  • oil-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla essence-10 drops
  • Baking powder-1.5 tsp
  • baking soda-1/2 tsp
  • Dark choclate-melted

How to make Banana bread with choclate toping

  1. Mash bananas and sugar together or can blend with blender.
  2. Add oil and vanilla essence in this mix and stir well to mix everything together.
  3. Sieve the flour,baking powder and soda in a big bowl and add the banana mix in this.
  4. Mix slowly by cut and fold method.w hen properly mixed pour in a greased bread mould .
