Ingredients to make Rice cheela

  • egg 1
  • onions 2 finelychopped
  • tomatoes 2 finelychopped
  • Chili 1
  • coriander one cup chopped
  • Two cups rice flour
  • Two spoon wheatflour
  • Pinch of salt, red chillipowder,turmeric and dhaniyapowder

How to make Rice cheela

  1. 1.break the egg in a bowl
  2. Add all the vegetables and spices and mix
  3. Add both the flours and mix till you get a batter
  4. Add oil in a pan and spread the batter.. cook one side of it for 5 mins. Place a lid. Flip it and cook another side for 5 mins.
  5. Your cheela is ready.
  6. You can serve it with sauce .. chutney .. pickle or whatever you like!!
