Tagliatelle Pasta

Ingredients to make Tagliatelle Pasta

  • 200 g Tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 cup Bolognese sauce
  • 1 red Onion sliced
  • 4 Garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers thinly sliced
  • Basil leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese to garnish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

How to make Tagliatelle Pasta

  1. Take enough water in a sauce pan and bring it to boil. When the water starts to boil add pasta along with 1 tbsp. of oil.
  2. Cook for nearly 8-10 minutes or until pasta turn soft. Turn off the flame and drain.
  3. Run this under water and toss with little olive oil. Set aside. In a pan heat olive oil and add in chopped garlic and onions.
  4. Saute till onion slices turn nice brown. Now add bell peppers along with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Toss in Bolognese sauce and cook covered for 4-5 minutes. Add cooked and cooled pasta to this and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve hot by grating parmesan cheese and garnishing with basil leaves on top.
