Ingredients to make Arhar dal pakora/ pigeon pea pakora

  • 3-4 cup arhar dal
  • 5-6 green chilli
  • 2-3 chopped medium size onion
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp ajwain
  • salt per as taste
  • oil for frying

How to make Arhar dal pakora/ pigeon pea pakora

  1. Wash and soak the dal for 4-5 hours.
  2. After that wash the soak dal and grind it in blender with water, add few water at a time and make thick paste.
  3. Now, in a big bowl put the dal add all the ingredients and mix it well.
  4. Heat oil in kadhai/wok take a paste in hand and pour into kadhai fry till it gets light brown.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or tea
