ABOUT Cheese Corn Balls on A Bed Of Spinach Rice RECIPE
Kids Favourite - Cheese Corn Balls Made By Using Whole Wheat Flour In Tomato Gravy and Served On a Bed Of Buttered Spinach Rice.

For Cheese Corn Balls :
Sweet corn kernels 1 cup
Potato ( big) 1
Wheat flour 3 tbsp
Gram flour 1 tbsp
Cheese Cubes grated 2
Oragano dried 1/2 tsp
Basil dried 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp
Oil for Deep frying
For tomato Gravy
Tomatoes 2 ( big)
Onion 1
Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
Ginger grated 1/2 tsp
Garam masaala 1/4 tsp
Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
sugar 1tsp
For Rice :Rice soaked 1/2 cup
Spinach blanched 1 cup
Onion chopped 1
Dhania powder 1/2 tsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Fresh cream / malai 2 tsp
Instructions
For making Corn Cheese balls :
Steam corn and boil potato.
Mash Potato, add Boiled Corn, Wheat and Gram flours
Add all masalas and adjust seasoning. Add grated Cheese and oil and mix well.
Make balls with greased palms .
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry balls till golden brown
For Rice :
Heat butter in a pan. Saute soaked Rice for 5 minutes. Add minimum required water and cook ( do not over cook)
Meanwhile rice is getting cooked , heat oil in another pan and fry chopped onion. Add garlic and ginger. Add all masala saute for 5 minutes. Now add blanched and blended Spinach and cook for 5 minutes. Adjust salt.
After Rice gets cooked add the prepared Spinach to it and mix well.
For the gravy :
Heat oil , add Onion. Add masaala and saute. Add blanched and blended tomato.
Make tomato gravy. Add fresh cream / malai and chopped coriander leaves.
Add the fried Corn Cheese balls to the gravy and serve on the bed of spinach Rice.
