Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  2. 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  3. 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  4. 1 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder
  5. 1tsp chillibpowder
  6. 1 tsp pepper powder
  7. 1tsp cornflour
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1/2 tsp ginger powder
  11. 1/2 tsp amachur powder
  12. 1/4 tsp fenugreek powder
  13. 2tsp chilli flakes
  14. 4 tsp sugar
  15. 1 1/2 Tsp Salt

Instructions

  1. I made noodles with the usual method.I boiled a pack of store bought noodles with 1/2 tsp salt and 1 tsp of oil. Once done filter and add cold water and keep it separate.
  2. Now add 4 tbspn of oil and add chopped onion,carrot,capsicum,sweet corn and paneer cook for 2 min
  3. Then add scrambled egg
  4. Add 2 tbspn of tomato sauce n few drops of soya sauce salt (approx 1 1/2 tsp)
  5. Then Maggi masala powder . I added 3 - 4 tsp for my kids but for adults you can add a little extra
  6. Now add noodles and mix
  7. Mix well till everything is incorporated
  8. Serve hot with sauce
