Rice milk Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients to make Rice milk Strawberry Pudding

  • To make rice milk.
  • Boiled rice 1 cup white / Brown
  • Filtered water 4 cups
  • Sea salt a pinch. ( optional ).
  • For pudding
  • Packet of Strawberry Custerd powder. 1 pack for 500 grams Milk.
  • Almonds, pistachio, Cashew balanced and chopped fine 2 tbsp
  • For Caramal sauce.
  • sugar 3 tbsp
  • Hot water ( 2 tbsp ).

How to make Rice milk Strawberry Pudding

  1. For Rice milk.
  2. Blend Cooked Rice and water together on highest mode for 60 seconds. Sieve and check or blend again for some time to get smooth consistancy.
  3. For pudding
  4. Boil Rice milk . Mix a pack of Pudding powder in little water . No lumps should remain.
  5. Add dry fruits and pudding mix to the milk stirring constantly.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from gas . Let it cool.
  7. Till that make Caramal sauce by directly cooking sugar in a heavy bottomed pan. Add water to required consistancy
  8. Refrigerate after pudding sets and serve cold with Caramal Sauce as a desert with or without chopped fruits.

My Tip:

If you want to make Custard pudding for fruit salad than you need to add only two tsp of custard powder and adjust Sugar. Add fruits after cooling and serve Chilled with Poori Bhaji.
