Ingredients to make Rice tikki

  • 2 cups of cooked left over rice
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 green chilis
  • Corriender leave 1/2 cup
  • Mixed veggies (carrot ,beans,potato, caulifloawer) etc 1 cup
  • salt as per taste
  • Garam masala 2 tsp
  • Chili flakes 1 tsp.
  • Bread crumbs for coating
  • oil for shallow fry

  1. Blend all the ingredient except oil and bread crumb
  2. Make a smooth batter
  3. Keep it aside for setting
