Instructions

  1. Sabse pehle daal ko dhokar cooker mai dale fir haldi namak or ginger dal kr 3seeti aane tk pakaye. Uske bad pan mai oil garam kre usmai jeera hing dale fir pyaaj hari mirchi dal kr bhune fir usmai ginger garlic pest daal kr bhune jb pyaar bhoon jayd uske bad usmai haldi mirchi dhaniya powder dal kr bhune jb masala bhoon jayd uske bad usmai kati hui palak dal kr bhune or jb palak bhoon jaye uske bad daal bnne ke bad palak usmai add kre or 2,3minut tk pakaye. Daal bnnne ke bad usmai hara dhaniya or paneer se sajaa kr serve kree chana daal with palak paneer taiyar h.
