Ingredients to make Oats idly
- Oats - 2 cups Rava ( Sooji) - 1 cup Curd - 3 cups Carrot -
- Onion - 1 Green Chillies - 4 Ginger- 1inch Eno salt-1pinch
- Seasoning Oil or ghee - 1 tsp Mustard seeds - I tsp
- Urad dhal - 1 tsp Channa dhal - 1 tsp Curry leaves - few
- Hing powder - 1/2 tsp salt as needed
How to make Oats idly
My Tip:add them to the batter, mix and prepare idly in idly mould. I didn't used eno salt or cooking soda since I thought curd is enough ... You may use it for better results....
