Banana bread with chocolate chips

Ingredients to make Banana bread with chocolate chips

  • 2 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 12 cup butter, softened
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder and baking soda
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • half cup chocolate chips
  • half cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 eggs

How to make Banana bread with chocolate chips

  1. Mix the butter and sugar together
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the bananas. Add the cinnamon and milk and mix
  3. in a third bowl, mix all the dry ingredients i.e. flour, baking powder, baking soda and the salt
  4. Now add the eggs, one at a time, to the butter mix
  5. Stir the banana mix into the butter egg mix
  6. Add al love dry ingredients and blend well
  7. Add the chocolate chips and the walnuts
  8. Pour the better in a prepared loaf and bake in a preheated oven for 70 minutes
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Slice and enjoy!
