I had some Amritsari kulche and chappaties. I decided to make bread pizza in breakfast. You people really like this. You can use bread also for base. Its a healthier pizza. Childern will love it

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Bread or chapati or culchas 5
  2. Suji 1cup
  3. Tomato 1 chopped
  4. Malai 1/2cup for binding
  5. Cabbage half
  6. Cauliflower 1 medium
  7. Carrots 2 or 3
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Chilly pd 1/2tsp
  10. Jeera pd 1/2
  11. Coriander pd 1/2tsp
  12. Green coriander few

Instructions

  1. 1 first grate all vegs.
  2. 2 sieve suji in a bowl. Mix all ingredients and vegetables in it
  3. 3 take bread or chapati spread mixture on it.
  4. 4 Switch on gas. Keep tawa or nonstick pan on it. When pan hot put bread on it on slow fire. Put some oli or ghee on it like. 2 '3 drops
  5. 5 change side. When become crispy serve hot with sauce
