ABOUT Rava Fish Fry RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Pomfret fish – 500 gm
  2. Turmeric powder – 1 tea spoon
  3. Kashmiri Red chili powder – 2 tea spoon
  4. ginger-garlic paste - 2 tea spoon
  5. Garam masala - 1 tea spoon
  6. lemon – 1
  7. 4 table spoon oil for frying
  8. Rava /semolina - ½ cup
  9. Rice flour – ¼ cup
  10. Salt as per required

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the fish. Take a one bowl add turmeric powder, salt and squeeze the lemon.
  2. Then apply on fish and gently rubbed and keep aside 5-10 minutes for marinate.
  3. Take a bowl add red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala mix it well and rub the red paste all over fish and keep aside for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Mix the semolina and rice flour and coat the fish from all sides with semolina and rice flour.
  5. On a medium gas flame heat a pan add oil and fry fish from both sides until golden brown.
  6. Serve fish with tomato slices or with your meal dish.
