Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Whole white rice
  2. sugar
  3. Grated coconut
  4. Channa dal
  5. Raw
  6. Moong
  7. Jaggery

Instructions

  1. Soak rice over night. Dry them and grind it to fine powder.
  2. Soak other grains too over night
  3. Mix all ingredients wth coconut and suggar or jaggery in a bowl for stuffing
  4. Boil water
  5. Add rice flour to it. Cook it till it makes a dough like consistency
  6. Let it cool down. Then make balls and stuff them with cocunit stuff
  7. Steam it wth with boil water.
  8. You can shallow fry it also.
