Harissa Tawa Pomfret

Ingredients to make Harissa Tawa Pomfret

  • 3 pomfret fishes
  • 100 GM HUNG curd
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp harissa sauce
  • oil to fry
  • Chopped coriander for garnishing
  • 1TBSP cumin POWDER
  • 1TBSP lime JUICE
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

How to make Harissa Tawa Pomfret

  1. Wash well and marinate the fish with lime juice for 15 mins.
  2. Mix harissa sauce,curd,salt,cumin powder,ginger garlic paste and rub well on fish.
  3. Heat up oil in a pan or tawa.
  4. Shallow Fry the fishes well.
  5. Serve with chopped coriander on it.

Dont overfry it.
