For jelly
2 tbsp - Raspberry jelly powder
1/4 cup - chopped strawberry
Water as per requirement
For Mousse
3 tbsp - melted white chocolate
2 -3 drops - strawberry essence
A drop of red food colour
1/2 cup - whip cream
To decorate Whip cream

Instructions

In a saucepan boil water and let it cool down for a min. Now in a bowl add raspberry jelly powder and water and mix it properly. You can follow the instructions given on the packet.
With the help of a tray keep the glasses slant so when you pour the jelly mixture and when it sets it will give a nice look. Add chopped strawberry and jelly mixture and let it set in a refrigerator for 5 to 10 min.
Now in another bowl add melted white chocolate, red food colour, strawberry essence and whipped cream and mix it properly and fill the mousse in a pipping bag and let it set in the refrigerator.
Now remove the glasses from the refrigerator and add mousse above the jelly and decorate it with whipped cream and strawberry.
Valentine shot is ready to serve.
