Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Strawberries 7-8
  2. Sugar 1/2cup
  3. Instant gulab jamun mix 1cup
  4. Paneer 1/2cup
  5. Strawberry essence few drops
  6. BUTTER 1TBSP
  7. Sprinklers as needed
  8. Chocolate sauce optional
  9. Red colour few drops

Instructions

  1. Crush strawberries in to afine paste
  2. Heat a pan add this paste
  3. Add sugar to the paste cook
  4. Add crumbled paneer mix well
  5. Add gulab jamun mix and cook
  6. Add colour essence mix well
  7. Add butter mix and cook till mixture starts leaving pan
  8. Put off gas let the mixture cools down
  9. Give shape to the mixture by taking small portions
  10. Garnish with chocolate sauce and sprinklers ready
